                                   PLEADINGS


Every paper presented to the Judge for signature or delivered to the Court for
filing shall be a clearly readable original and shall include:  (a) number and
title of case, (b) designation of what the paper purports to be, and (c) name,
original signature, office address, office telephone number, and WSBA number of counsel.
