                           MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS


    (A)  All requests for Local Rules or rule changes must be submitted in
writing on or before May 1st to be considered by the Advisory Committee at the
annual meeting.

    (B)  Immediately following each Advisory Committee meeting, the Presiding
Judge shall present the Committee recommendations to the Washington State
Supreme Court for appropriate action.

    (C)  In evaluating any proposed Local Rule, the Presiding Judge shall take
into consideration the fiscal impacts of additional services and budget constraints.
