KMCLR 16 WITHDRAWL OF COUNSEL Counsel for the defendant may not withdraw from a pending criminal matter without authorization by the Court. Counsel’s failure to appear for any hearing without prior authorization from the Court may result in sanctions being imposed against counsel at a show cause hearing.
