LMCLR GR1.2 PURPOSE AND CONSTRUCTION These rules are intended to provide for the just determination of every proceeding. They shall be construed to secure simplicity in procedure, fairness in administration, effective justice, and the elimination of unjustifiable expense and delay. These rules are not intended to supersede or conflict with any statutes covering procedures for criminal and infraction violations or the Criminal Rules for Courts of Limited Jurisdiction (CrRLJ), or the Infraction Rules for Courts of Limited Jurisdiction (IRLJ).
