RULE 5.
                       BAIL SCHEDULE.


The court shall by written order filed with the court
administrator establish bail schedules for use by the Ocean
Shores Police Department.  The schedule shall designate
those types of criminal cases, if any, wherein the defendant
may forfeit bail in lieu of arraignment.
