RULE 8.
                           DISCOVERY.


Discovery demands shall be by a separate document.  Discovery
shall be completed by the date set for the pretrial hearing.
Failure to provide discovery materials, including bill of
particulars if ordered, shall be deemed waived unless the court
is notified at the time of the pretrial hearing.
