RULE 12.
         PLEAS IN CRIMINAL CASES - JURY TRIAL SETTINGS.


The court shall be notified of a plea bargain agreement not less
than two (2) weeks prior to a jury trial.  Failure to comply with
this rule may result in the imposition of costs in addition to
any other sentence imposed.
