RULE 5
                                 BAIL SCHEDULE


The court may establish a bail schedule for use by the police. The schedule
may designate those criminal charges wherein the defendant will be allowed to
forfeit bail in lieu of arraignment.  In the absence of a schedule, the
defendant's appearance at arraignment shall be mandatory.
