                                 JUDICIAL DAY


As used in these rules, unless the context clearly requires otherwise,
"Judicial Day" when not otherwise defined by statute or court rule, means every
first and third Tuesday of the calendar month, or another date determined by
the Judge upon which the regular sessions of the Court are set.
