                                  ARRAIGNMENT


(g)  Appearance by Defendant's Lawyer.

     Attorneys retained by defendants, or public defenders who have assumed
     representation of defendants must promptly serve written notice of their
     appearance upon the prosecuting attorney, and file the same with the
     Clerk. The notice of appearance shall be contained in a separate document.
