                        INITIATION OF INFRACTION CASES


    (d)  Filing of Notice.

    (1)  Whenever a Notice of Infraction has been issued and not filed with the
Court within 5 days of issuance, the Clerk or his/her designee may note the
citation "Dismissed without prejudice per SPMIRLJ 2.2," and take no further action.
