                      HEARING ON MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES


    (c)  Disposition.

    (1)  Written Request for Penalty Reduction. A defendant requesting a reduction
of the Infraction penalty may have such determination based on his or her prior
driving record without an explanation of the event cited. The amount of the
reduction shall be set by the Court in a written Order maintained in the
Clerk's Office and available upon request.
