SWMCrRLJ 3.1 (e) (1)
WITHDRAWAL OF PUBLIC DEFENDER
Unless a Notice of Appeal has been filed, an attorney
appointed at public expense shall be deemed automatically
withdrawn from representation five days following a final
decision of the Court as defined in RALJ without need to
file any document with the Court with the exception of
domestic violence and driving under the influence cases.
