SWMCrRLJ 3.1 (e) (1) WITHDRAWAL OF PUBLIC DEFENDER Unless a Notice of Appeal has been filed, an attorney appointed at public expense shall be deemed automatically withdrawn from representation five days following a final decision of the Court as defined in RALJ without need to file any document with the Court with the exception of domestic violence and driving under the influence cases. (effective September 1, 2003)
