UGAR 1.9 JUDGES PRO TEMPORE Judges Pro Tempore shall have the full powers of the regular judge during regular Court sessions for which he or she is appointed. Judges Pro Tempore may also, in the absence or unavailability of the Presiding Judge, have such powers as may be necessary to carry out the essential functions of the Court.
