Rule 4

                        BAIL SCHEDULE

          The court shall by written order filed with the
clerk establish bail schedules for use by the police.  The
schedule shall designate those types of criminal cases, if
any, wherein the defendant will be allowed to forfeit bail
in lieu of arraignment.
