              TRANSCRIPTION OR COPIES OF RECORDING


    On appeal, the appellant shall make a written request for
transcription or duplicates of CDs, and shall specify the name
and number of the case and the date of trial.  Unless waived by
statute, constitutional provision, or the Court, duplicates of
tapes and of any log or index thereto shall not be delivered
until full payment of the actual preparation costs as determined
by the  Court Administrator.
