                                     PLEAS


    (i) A guilty plea may be entered at any time, provided that in cases wherein a
defendant is represented by an attorney, not less than one day actual notice of
such plea shall be given to the City, and provided further that a defendant
may, at any hearing or trial scheduled in the case, enter a plea of guilty with
or without notice.
