RULE 3.2                                               
                   PRELIMINARY APPEARANCE                                        
                                                                                 
    Prior to the hearing provided for in RCW 71.05.320(2), the committed         
person shall be brought before the court for an appearance which shall be        
the same as that provided in RCW 71.05.300 of that act.
