Local Juvenile Court Rule 3.3 CASE CONFERENCE (A) Generally. All parties shall participate in a case conference to address the following issues: 1. Placement of the child; 2. Visitation; 3. Services being recommended for the children and parents; 4. Whether other case issues can be agreed and stipulated to; 5. Whether entry of a dependency fact-finding order is agreed to; 6. Whether disposition order provisions are agreed to; and 7. Any other outstanding issue. (B) Conference Date. The case conference shall be held within four weeks after the filing of the petition on the date established by the case schedule order.
