             USE OF DEPOSITIONS IN COURT PROCEEDINGS


     (a) Use of Depositions.

       (6)   Video   Depositions.   When presenting video
depositions, a written deposition must also be  filed.  The
videotape may be returned  after the appeal period,
regardless if it is published or not.
