Rule 0.1
         Presiding Judge; Assistant Presiding Judge


     The Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge shall
be elected to serve for a two (2) year term commencing on
January 1, 2002.  The Presiding Judge shall manage
administrative and policy matters of the court.  The
Assistant Presiding Judge shall serve as the Acting
Presiding Judge during the absence of, or upon the request
of, the Presiding Judge.
