Sealed Reports; Adult Criminal and Juvenile Delinquency
Proceedings; Psychological, Chemical Dependency, and Mental
Evaluations and Reports.
In all adult criminal and juvenile delinquency
proceedings the clerk of the court shall seal and not permit
examination of the following: psychological evaluations,
chemical dependency evaluations and reports, mental
evaluations and reports containing medical history or
medical background. Sealed reports may be opened by
petitioning the court with a motion and notice to involved
parties in conformity with GR 15(d). The parties to the
action or their attorneys may view sealed reports without a
court order.
