Rule 0.3
      Sealed Reports; Adult Criminal Proceedings and Juvenile Delinquency
      Proceedings; Presentence Investigation Reports, Billing Statements.


     In all adult criminal and juvenile delinquency proceedings the clerk of
the court shall seal presentence investigation reports, statements for attorney
fees and expert services.  Presentence investigation reports, statements for
attorney fees and expert services may be opened by petitioning the Court with a
motion and notice to each party and the victim if applicable.  The parties to
the action or their attorneys may view presentence investigation reports,
statements for attorney fees and expert services without a court order.
