RULE 94(c)
         DOMESTIC RELATIONS WAIVER OF AGE TO MARRY


     Applications for waiver of minimum age to marry shall
be made to the Superior Court.  Before court hearing,
applicants must give evidence of completion of a program of
pre-marital counseling, together with such counselor's recommendation.
