RULE 1.1
                  APPLICABILITY IN GENERAL


     (a)  Procedure in this court shall be in accordance
with pertinent Washington Court Rules as heretofore or
hereafter adopted by the Supreme Court of Washington.  These
Local Rules are only to supplement those rules and are
numbered, insofar as possible, to conform in numbering with them.

     (b)  The court may modify or suspend any of these
Rules, in any given case, upon good cause.
