RULE 6.1
NOTICE TO COURT OF CALENDAR AND JURY TRIAL CHANGES
Whenever a case has been set for trial and thereafter
is settled or will not be tried for any reason, or if a jury
is thereafter waived, notice shall be immediately given to
the Court Administrator. Upon violation of this rule, the
court may assess actual costs. Actual costs shall include
venireperson mileage and per diem, bailiff wages, and
witness fees paid by the court.
