                        RULE 6.11(c)
                   AFFIDAVITS OF PREJUDICE


     (1)  A party or counsel filing a motion and affidavit
or prejudice shall comply with RCW 4.12.050.

     (2)  A party or counsel filing a motion and affidavit
of prejudice shall provide a copy to the Court Administrator.
