RULE 7.3 JUDGMENT (a) Restitution Hearings. At the time of signing of the judgment and sentence, if the amount of restitution due has not been agreed, the court will set a restitution review hearing. This hearing will be set not less than six (6) weeks from the date of signing the judgment and sentence and will not be continued. The prosecuting attorney shall provide all information, upon which they intend to rely in setting restitution, to the defense not later than one (1) week prior to that review hearing. In the absence of an agreement at that hearing, the court will set a date for a restitution hearing. That hearing will be set six (6) to eight (8) weeks after the review hearing and will not be continued. The defendant, or defendant's attorney, will be required to notify the prosecutor not later than four (4) weeks prior to that hearing as to the necessity of a hearing and provide discovery of any and all information and witnesses intended to be present at that hearing.
