LCrR 4.1  PROCEDURES PRIOR TO TRIAL

          Court commissioners shall have authority in all
matters allowed by the Constitution of the State of
Washington, case law, and statutes; including, but not
limited to, the authority noted in RCW 2.24.040 to accept
guilty pleas.
