LCrR 7.3  PAYMENT OF COSTS

          In all criminal cases, except where the Court
Order is to the contrary, the Judgment and Sentence shall
provide that the Clerk shall disperse monies received from
the criminal defendant in the following order:

          (a)  Restitution
          (b)  Crime Victims Compensation
          (c)  Court Costs
          (d)  Attorneys Fees
          (e)  Drug Fund
          (f)  Fines
