LMAR 8.1      STIPULATION - EFFECT ON RELIEF GRANTED

     If a case not otherwise subject to mandatory
arbitration is transferred to arbitration by stipulation,
the Arbitrator may grant any relief which could have been
granted if the case were determined by a judge.
