LCR 56. SUMMARY JUDGMENT (c ) Motion and Proceedings. In the event a motion for summary judgment, partial summary judgment or dismissal is to be argued, counsel for the moving party is required to confirm the motion with the court administrator by telephone by 4:30 p.m. at least four (4) court days before the hearing. Working copies of the motions, all accompanying documents, and all responsive and reply papers, shall be provided by the respective parties to the judge at the time of filing at 215 South Oak, #209, Colville, WA 99114, regardless of the county in which the motion is filed.
