LCrR 4.1 SCHEDULING ORDER In criminal cases, at the time of arraignment, the court will adopt a schedule for the case by completing a Scheduling Order in the form appended hereto as Form LR 8-F. The court will cause the original Scheduling Order to be filed with the clerk, and will cause copies to be delivered to the court administrator, prosecuting attorney, defense attorney and defendant.
