                          RULE 7.1
                  REQUEST FOR TRIAL DE NOVO


     (a)  Service and Filing.  The request for trial de novo
shall be accompanied by a request for trial setting.

     (b)  Calendar.  When a trial de novo is requested as
provided in MAR 7.1(a) and LMAR 7.1(a), trial shall be set
by the court administrator.
