Rule 20. Names of Minor Children on Court Documents The complete names of minor children is necessary for the orderly administration of justice and such complete names shall be used on all court documents except where prohibited by statute or court order. This rule does not prohibit the use of initials to identify child victims or witnesses in criminal or juvenile offender proceedings. [Adopted effective September 1, 2005]
