                           APPLICABILITY IN GENERAL


     A.  Authority.  These rules are made pursuant to CR 83.

     B.  Suspension of Rules. The court may modify or suspend any of these
Rules, in any given case, upon good cause being shown therefore or upon the
court's own motion.
