    COURT COMMISSIONER HEARING ADULT FELONY MATTERS

     Court Commissioners appointed and qualified under
Article 4, Section 23 of the Washington State Constitution
are authorized to preside over, and consider all matter in
adult felony proceedings as specified under RCW 2.24.040(15)
including accepting pleas in all cases.
