LRGAL 1.6 Complaint Processing Time Standards A. Complaint shall be resolved within twenty five (25) days of the date of receipt of the written complaint if a case is pending. B. Complaints shall be resolved within sixty (60) days of the date or receipt of the written complaint if the complaint is filed subsequent to the conclusion of the case. C. The complaint and the guardian ad litem shall be notified in writing of the Committee’s decision within ten (10) business days of the entry of the Committee’s findings and decision being signed. D. Complaints filed under this rule must be filed within three(3) years from the date of the occurrence of the matters complained of. The Committee shall find complaints filed after this time not to have cause to proceed. This limitation applies to all complaints, whether filed during the pendency or after the conclusion of a case.
