                               SUMMARY JUDGMENT


    (a) - (h) (No Local Rules)

    (i)   Confirmation of Summary Judgment Motions.

    It shall be the responsibility of the moving party to confirm all summary
judgment motions. Confirmation shall be made by telephone to the court
administrator's office at (360) 378-2399 no earlier than seven (7) or later
than two (2) court days prior to the hearing.
