INVOLUNTARY COMMITMENT HEARING
Involuntary commitment hearings shall be held as occasion demands in deference
to expediting the hearing, availability of medical testimony, and the
convenience of the court. The office of the prosecuting attorney shall notify
the court administrator immediately upon the filing of an application, and the
time and place of the hearing shall be set by the court administrator at the
earliest date compatible with the foregoing factors.
