                  FORM AND CONTENT OF AWARD


     (a) Form.  The award shall be prepared on an
Arbitration Award approved by the court and filed with the
county clerk along with proof of service on the parties.

     (b) Return of Exhibits.  When an award is filed, the
arbitrator shall return all exhibits to the parties who
offered them during the hearing.
