                       FILING OF AWARD


     A request by an arbitrator for an extension of time for
the filing of an award shall be presented to the arbitration
department, which will gain authorization from the
administrative committee.  The arbitrator shall give the
parties notice of any extension granted.  Recurring delays
in the filing of awards will result in the removal of the
arbitrator from the panel.
