LMAR 8.1
STIPULATIONS—EFFECT ON RELIEF GRANTED
If a case not otherwise subject to mandatory
arbitration is transferred to arbitration by stipulation,
the arbitrator may grant any relief which could have been
granted if the case were determined by a judge.
