                WARRANT OF ARREST AND SUMMONS


     (b) Issuance of Summons in Lieu of Warrant.  Upon the
Prosecuting Attorney’s filing with the clerk an Information
without directing or requesting the issuance of a warrant
for the arrest of the defendant, the clerk shall issue a
summons commanding the defendant to appear before the Court
at a specified time and place.
