                 SETTING A CONTESTED HEARING


     Prior to setting a contested hearing, a status
conference shall be held with a judicial officer assigned to
Juvenile Court.  The parties shall contact the Juvenile
Court Coordinator to schedule a status conference.  At the
status conference, the parties should be prepared to discuss
witness and exhibit lists, contested issues, and estimated
trial time.  A Status Conference Report shall be completed
at the conclusion of the status conference and filed with
the Clerk of the Court.
