                      DETENTION HEARING


     A child taken into custody for violating a placement
order under RCW 13.32A or pursuant to a pick-up order under
this chapter shall be entitled to a detention hearing within
twenty-four hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and
holidays.  Detention hearings shall be held at 9:00 a.m. or
1:30 p.m.  The detention staff shall immediately inform the
facilitator when a child is admitted under this chapter.
The facilitator shall notify all interested parties of the
detention hearing, including any assigned probation officer.
