                        JURISDICTION


     The deputy prosecuting attorney shall file an the
original information with the clerk of court.  Upon filing
the information a conformed copy shall be furnished to the
administrative supervisor for probation services and to the
public defender along with copies of the applicable police
report and a computer print out showing the juvenile’s
criminal history.
