           STATEMENT OF JUVENILE ON PLEA OF GUILTY


     The form of a statement of a juvenile on plea of guilty
shall be as prescribed by JuCR 7.7 using Statement of
Juvenile on Plea of Guilty and Judge's Findings and
Predisposition Order (form JU–07.0600–WPF).  The lawyer for
the juvenile, or if the right to a lawyer has been waived,
the probation counselor, shall assist the juvenile in
completing the form, supplies of which will be available in
the office of the clerk of court.
