MODIFICATION OF DISPOSITION ORDER
(d) Preliminary Hearing if Juvenile in Detention. If
the motion is contested, and whether the allegation is a
juvenile offense or not, and the juvenile is held in
detention, the hearing on the motion shall be held on the
daily disposition calendar within three days of the date of
the preliminary hearing.
(e) Scheduling and Notice of Hearing. The clerk of court
shall schedule a hearing on the allegations in the motion on
the weekly motion calendar [LJuCR 11.3(f)] within 14 days
except that when the juvenile is held in detention the
hearing shall be scheduled in accordance with section (d) of
this rule. Notice of the hearing may be given by the
supervisor pursuant to JuCR 11.2 or the court may issue a
summons or warrant pursuant to JuCR 7.5 and LJuCR 7.5.
