                  TIME FOR DECLINE HEARING


     (b) Scheduling of Hearing.  Upon the filing of a Motion
and Affidavit for Declining Jurisdiction [form
JU–08.0100–WPF] the court shall set a decline hearing within
14 days of the detention hearing using form JU–08.0105.

     (c) Notice.  Notice of the decline hearing may be given
by the supervisor in accordance with JuCR 11.2 by telephone.
